To really get the circulation going by bringing fresh blood to the scalp, try an upside down scalp massage.

Ok, this may sound a bit extreme, but the gaol is to get oxygen and nutrients to your scalp through fresh blood circulating throughout to promote healing, growth, balance and overall scalp and hair health.

HOW: Hang your head over your feet, lie on a slant board or an inversion table and massage your scalp with tops of your fingers for at least 5-10 min 4x a week.
