Nutrition is cumulative, both inside and out.

It's essential for hair health and whole body health that we learn what foods are good for the body and how to repair the weaknesses in the body that restrict it from circulating fresh oxygenated and nutrition-filled blood.

We are alive and we must live on nutritionally vitalized and balanced foods. Many diets include devitalized foods, especially demineralized starches, which are created by taking away the outer layer of the grain - the silicon layer- which is specifically needed for hair growth.

TIP: Always choose whole grains!

Further, the hair contains keratin, the structural protein of the hair, which contains great amounts of sulfur. If we are deficient in sulphur, silicon, and iron in our food then the hair will not develop and grow properly.
