Healthy Hair Activation | Day 5

For healthy hair, eat vital foods  a nutrient, mineral, and vitamin-rich whole foods diet:

1 - Skip packaged foods

boxes, cans, sealed plastic bags

fried, salted, processed

2 - Choose a wide-variety of whole foods

Whole grains - the outer layer of grains supports silicon production

Sprouts of any kind

A variety of fresh fruits & veggies

Seaweed

Raw (and ideally soaked) nuts

TIP: Make sure to eat the outer layer of barley, rye, bran, and other grains, and the skins of root veggies like potatoes, yams, and radishes to support silicon production!
