Moving your body does all of you so much good. Just taking a walk outside gets the blood moving, gets you vital vitamin D, and lowers stress.
Conversely we want to avoid stress and worry. Which is so hard in these challenging times. But getting your body moving provides a huge buffer against these corrosive processes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Another thing to avoid, that people might not think about much, is spending too much time in fantasy. Doing so has a similar effect as stress and worry, but in an opposite way. Your scalp will relax too much and then bloodflow won't get there as meaningfully. Another way to look at it is that seeking deeper self-knowledge is active and growing. Too much escape and avoidance are passive ways to inhibit growth.
