Support your thyroid and circulation through your diet. The thyroid can get out of whack from stress causing hair loss. Supporting your thyroid = supporting your hair (and your whole body!).

Try:

Parsley (tablets or juice) have chlorophyll that will support silicon production and improve circulation

--Try 4 parsley tablets 3x daily or 1/2 glass of parsley juice daily

Dandelion and spinach juice for circulation

--Try a couple of ounces a day

Iodine + kelp support the thyroid.

Take a few Purple Dulse tablets or generously sprinkle purple dulse flakes on salads, or a few drops of Purple Dulse liquid under the tongue
